Can someone tell me the difference between these files?

Hello, I've been trying to get my O₂ sensors ready for about two hundred dollars in gas now. I finally got ahold of my tuner and he said that my rear O₂ sensors were disabled while two other sources said that it was fine.

I reloaded the new tune and still no O₂ and Car readiness. I understand that they will become ready at the same time on my Dodge magnum r/t. I have Inertia Big Valve heads and Spartan Plus Cams with a srt8 exhaust and cams. Was there any changes with the O₂ sensors on the newer tune? F3 old F4 newer. I want to know before I burn more gas trying to get this ready. Registration has already expired but I have a two month extension that costed $50. California wants their money at any cost.

How do you suggest that I go about getting them enabled? The tuner's shop is very far away and the last drive resulted in the F4 file so I'd like to go another route. Thanks for the response.

cant just run the stock tune?
no reason this cant be done by email.....
