Intune i1000 not loading

To whom it may concern:
I am trying to load one of the tunes from my Intune I-1000. According to the unit I have successfully loaded the tune (87) in this case. Vehicle will not start.
Tried another tune and again, car will not start. I would appreciate help with this.

Is it ok after returning the stock tune to the pcm?

Yes.
FYI I tried to down load the "ignition" updater recently.
Got error message "Not enough room on device for update file / diablo_dcx_tune.itf"

That usually indicates there is something on the drive that doesn't belong.
Can you post a screenshot of the intune drive?
