Me Too - Why so many resets

I just tried using my new T2 EX after updating and plugging in to truck, then re updating. Now it keeps trying to restore original tune and parameters with no success. I have read numerous threads with this problem. Most consumers are also working the weekday and do this sort of thing on the weekend. Why is there no tech support on a Saturday morning/afternnon. Sure would be nice to be able to use a new 'toy' which I paid out the A** for. Help!!!!
