Mr Mike I have i1000 had a tune in my 2013 gmc 5.3 needed to put in shop for a new dash board so I put it back to stock got it back from the shop tried to load tune agin the little wheel turns then freezes up tried reloading software from your site went back to vehicle same thing happens hope you can help me thanks Ronnie don’t know if you can call me to talk if so 504 382-6649
