Considering a Charger, Looking for some advice.

Hello All! I am currently in the market for a charger. Going to be saying goodbye to my 2006 e90. With that being said. I have located a 2016 SXT with 33k miles. It has the "AWD plus group" , "Driver Confidence Group" and Navigation/Travel Group" packages. The dealer is asking 21.5k for it.

Does this seem like a pretty fair deal? I noticed on the carfax there as reported damage, it does not look to be an accident and the car looks mint. Do I have some room to negotiate the price a bit on this as I am looking to pay for it right then with no financing.

Also, are there any red flags with this year/trim I should be aware of?
