rev limit. increasing rpm at WOT?

My truck is shifting to early at WOT, about 5300 rpm. How do I increase each gear to 5500rpm?

Is it the rev limit. I have U7198.
2001 GMC Sierra
4.8L
K&N FIPK Cold Induction
Headers
2.5" duals with Delta 50 Flowmaster
B&M tow shift kit on 4L60E
Predator U1798 ver 9r15
MSD Ignition MSC Multispark coils

i believe its the rpm shift point where you can adjust the shift for wot.
2002 A4 LS1 Camaro
Pacesetter Long tube with ory
Flowmaster Catback
3.73 gears with a Auburn differential
Slp air lid and msd wires with ngk tr55 plugs
Best time is 12.89@109 with a 2.0 60' on BFG Kdws street tires
