Steeda cai which one out of the 4 tunes to use

Since It seems like I'm blind I posted this in the wrong thread !!!
Sorry for that. Should have been in the FORD GAS thread ofcourse....

Just want to be sure, which Steeda Tune to use.
Updated to last revision on my u7140.
There were 4 different steeda tunes.
One steeda tune, on steeda firm shift.
Question: Will the firm shift also give support for the steeda cai and not only change shifting?
Second: There were twn steeda 90 mm tunes, what do they specifically do?

So question three: Which one is best for my car?
It's a 2005 GT equipped with ford racing axle back, automatic, v8, steeda cai, with high flow inlet tube....

Also want to run the tune for steeda cai, but with firm shifting, and 91 octane. I think the steeda firm shift is 93.
Can that be done in an easy way?
