Can’t modify tunes

Post by Brandon886 »

I originally purchased this tuner for my ram 1500. Last night I purchased the gm license. I can put the tunes in the truck but the option to modify the tune is not clickable. Which the biggest reason I bought the license is so I could change the tire size. I’ve done multiple updates but every time I plug it into the computer it just continues to say update available but it appears to be the same update it keeps trying to do. Is there a fix for this? 2007.5 Silverado 5.3

I have the same problem. I’ve tried reverting back to stock and then updating the tuner and then reinstalling the tune twice. I also have the same issue with the update. Always says there’s an update but the screen flashes like its installing it and instantly to the purchase more licenses screen. Unplugged tuner from pc, rebooted pc, uninstalled and reinstalled updated software. Did all of this twice but still no options under modify or adjust parameters. Can’t choose which module to modify. The list is blank.

I sent an email to them last night since I’ll be at work during their business hours and not able to be with the tuner and my truck. Please report what you find out here and I’ll do the same.

please return to stock, update, then retune and the params should be there.
