Question on PCM and T2!!

We trade in an 2017 Challenger Scat Pack and keep the unlocked PCM for it. Can I send the unlock PCM in to be programmed for a 2016 Challenger Hellcat? Also can we use the license we had for the Scat Pack on the T2 or do we have to buy another license?

Hellcat requires a Hellcat PCM

If you returned the first vehicle back to stock, the same license can be used on the new vehicle.
