2017 ram wont start after PCM swap

i swapped the trinity pcm in and the truck started, but after trying install the tunes on the trinity with no luck, i switched back and the truck wont start. it says radio locked but lets me unlock doors, lock doors and everything. its push to start. any ideas?

try a battery reset.

i did multiple times. i also tried reseting the alarm system the way ram says to. my truck is now at the dealership, where it has the original pcm in. It certainly has to be tied to the Tuner. obviously im afraid to even use the tuner now, if it affects my truck this way without the married PCM from you guys.

The tuner cant do anything to the stock pcm.
9 out of 10 times we see an issue like this, its the pcm connectors not properly seated on the pcm.

you're exactly right. the connectors werent completely seated. had to re-seat PCM tighter and charge the battery a little but it started up with no codes.
