8300 tuner

I'm new the whole tuner deal. My question is when I buy the 8300 tuner for my 2014 ram 1500. I want to shut the mds off and I know the tuner will do that. But can it be done with all three tunes in the hand held? Or do you have to do something special?

You, select any tune then choose the modify parameter option and set MDS to OFF, then back up and select apply tune.
