Can the Diablosport tuner kill the Planned Obselescence CELs

Post by Himmelkat »

I have this feeling that Dodges throw "OMG take me to a dealer" codes regardless of whether it is an actual problem, and I wondered if having a different computer in the car would eliminate that problem.

My Hellcat is at the local Dodge dealer right now to see if the NEWLY INSTALLED THAT VERY HOUR 02 sensor that the CEL code specifically identified as being faulty is actually faulty. Which it is not, obviously. It's a brand new Bank 2 Sensor 1 position oxygen sensor.

Can Diablosport set me free from the "chained to the dealership" software written into each Dodge, evidently?

I bought this car, I didn't RENT it from Dodge, where the "rent" is being shanghaied into the dealership every 2000.00000 miles to cough up more money for nonexistent problems.

tuning cant resolve issues with the vehicle unfortunately.
Sounds to me like a possible wiring/harness issue, and thats got to be fixed.
