U7140 did not save stock file

U7140 did not save stock file
When installing my H/H U7140 ( 06 GT mustang) I saved the stock file and installed the 93 oc. tune.When I went to reinstall the stock file it is telling me that the stock file wasn`t saved.Well it had to save the file because I saved the stock into my PC to sent off for a custom tune and now it won`t let me install the custom tune because it`s telling me that the stock file was not saved.How do I correct this problem.

I am still waiting for some feed back !!!It is also telling me that there is an other perfoemance tune installed.??And there was no stock file saved well I had to save stock file because I sent it in for some custom programing.

OK, so you installed a tune, then extracted the backup file and saved it to the PC, correct?
Did you restore the backup after that?
Go to options/show last tune written and tell me what it says there please.

So, when you select show last tune written, it says 'no written last tune'?
That sounds very Yoda-ish....
