i2 update issues

Have a i2 that keeps saying pcm needs update. Keep updating it and keep getting the same message that it needs updated.

I've plugged it into my laptop and updated it multiple times and it still gives the same error when i plug it into the vehicle and try to tune .

Can someone please send me the correct update!?

It wants an update. Cant change tunes or set back to stock or anything!

What changed?
Did you go to a dealer since you last tuned it?

Just bought the jeep and it came with the tuner

give us a call with the tool powered up so we can reset it and start fresh.

Called and you guys gave me a code to reset it . Still doing the same thing...junk lol...here's pictures of what it says

Its asking you to check for an update, have you tried that?
Can you please post the info.xml file from the device so i can see what it needs?
