Missing Canned Tunes for I3 after update

Just updated my tuner and went to install one of the PCM canned tunes, and they are no longer there. All I have as an option is the custom tune. How do I get these back? Seems like all the TCM tunes are still on the unit.

Just wanted to follow up with some additional info that may or may not be helpful...

I have a 2017 Ram, and I bought the tuner earlier this year. The tuner worked great, and I never had any issue with loading a tune. I restored the factory tune a few weeks back when I took my truck in to get the oil changed. Finally got around to re-installing the custom tune that I was originally using and I got an error that the vehicle was not supported. I used the Ignition application to update the i3 unit and did so multiple times to make sure it received all the updates. When i plugged the tuner into the truck again, it said there was a calibration update for the truck. I told it to install the update. Everything seemed to work fine, but the only thing available to load is the custom tune. The Easy Tune is grayed out and only lets me select 'Advanced Tuning' option. If I skip the performance tune, there are a few TCM tunes available. Also, the only parameters that is let's me modify on the truck are tire size and traction control.

So, I am at a loss on what to do next...??

please post the info.xml file.

Likely need to delete the current custom tune then it will update the pcm, and the canned tunes will show up.
From there the custom tune can be updated to the new cal to be used again.

Hey, thanks for the reply Mike...Will send that file this evening. Also, good idea on the custom tune, I will delete it and try to see if that sorta resets things!
