inTune i2 stuck at "Please Wait" after restoring stock tune

So yesterday I thought I'd restore my stock tune to my vehicle so that I could go about updating my tuner, and now, it refuses to connect.

First things first, as far as I can tell, the stock tune restored just fine. The truck is driveable and, outside of unusually low oil pressure since restoring it to stock, seems fine.

It also seems to be refusing to update, although per UpdateAgent, it appears to already be up to date. An error message flashes very quickly and disappears, though I was able to printscreen it before it disappeared.

I don't see a GroupUpdate file to delete anywhere, so at this point I don't have the slightest clue where the issue lies here.

First things first, when the tuner is connected to my vehicle ('07 Chevrolet Avalanche) it boots up fine. After proceeding to attempt to do anything beyond saying "yes" at the initial prompt, it refuses. If I attempt to "Tune Vehicle," after getting past the prompt it gets stuck at "Please Wait" and causes every warning symbol on my dash from check engine to ABS to start flickering while also making all of my gauges bounce back and forth.

I've let it sit there for a while to no avail.
I've tried "interrupting" it and quickly reconnecting it to no avail.

I should have learned my lesson from the last time I updated the tuner but apparently I like pain haha.

I need a medic!
