I’m looking for a tune that will let me adjust front and rear tire size.

Interesting getup what's the story on this gal?

I'm unaware of any GM vehicle that front and rear tire size might be set to different sizes in the calibration.

read an article about this car last week, nice.

As mentioned, front tire size is not something anyone can adjust, nor should it need to be adjusted really.

Any of our devices will allow you to dial in the rear tire size to correct the speedo.
