New Tuner for 2018 Trackhawk and loads of issues

The I3 constantly says it needs an update via wifi, and then again from app it's a contestant loop of updates.

The stock PCM read fine per the instructions but the calibration ID on the original vs the new PCM are one letter off....is that normal?!

always says there is an unsupported PCM, appeared to load the 93 tune, but the app or the tuner doesn't show locked to a PCM in anyway so can't even tell attached is the last tune written which was supposed to be the 93

@Mags is helping with this mess but WTH guys and thanks to Mags for trying to sort this out but this 10 minute install has tuened into an entire afternoon...

looks like there is two calibration ID's in the XML file and neither are the original one unless the one that is AE is okay even though the original was AC, no idea where the other one even came from such a bit of a mess. (

Wonder if these ID's need to be cleaned up for it to VIN lock the correct way?

Also need to figure out why I am seeing a P0600

I am thinking all these different Calibration ID's may be why it's always trying to loop it's updates as well. So maybe the XML just needs to be cleaned up first? Read the P0600 code on hellcats/trackhawks in other forums too.

its asking to update the tcm, not sure why it wont pull the file but I have our team looking into it for now.

Thanks Mike. Also the P0600 code I was told is normal but the check engine light is NOT being suppressed so not sure if that’s Related to the TCM update or not but the TCM definitely shows unsupported in the XML as you can see.

Is there something else worth the P0600 we need to do? Saw mentions of this on hellcat forums

Will do that in a few. Thanks as always. Let me know about the TCM. I’m sending mags logs today so he can look them over with the new TB and intake as well. Want to make sure this fix tune is loaded first for him and if needed the TCM issue is fixed if it’s needed.

Should I wait to send him logging or will that not matter.

this s fixed, go ahead and update and it will pull the tcm file.
Then you'll load the tcm update and it will let you tune both modules.

TCM is now looking good. Looks like there is now no tune after the calibration update and the fix you sent won't load I am guessing I need to tune to 93 diablo and resend you the last written to apply the fix again. give me a few here for that.

Here is the last tune loaded after the TCM fix.

I tried copying your 0600 code fix file again to the "tunes" folder but the i3 doesn't seem to show the "loaded" message and it's not showing in the options for a custom tune.

Okay your original "fix" file finally loaded. Should that still be okay to use after the new calibration update?

Looks like is was a Mac USB thing with a windows machine it loaded right up ::shrug::
