I2 Stuck On " : " During Update

Hello when trying to update my i2 it is stuck on the screen that just a " : " in the top line. It will go to "Installer. Preparing" but never makes it past that screen either.
I have attached the info file from the device. I have left it on the "Installer. Preparing" screen for hours and it never changes or shows any progress.

will the update agent software update the device if you run it?

It will run and try to update but it gets stuck as I noted in my first post.
