Intune i2 vehicle not supported

Hello I have intune i2 for a 2004 Dodge neon SRT4 I had it for about 2 years my car was put away for about 4 months for the winter and it's on e85 so I drained the tank and it sat intill yesterday when I went to changed the tune for pump 93 so I can clean the system well the problem I went to update the intune i2 so I can change the tune it updated fine I plugged it into the vehicle and said it wasn't supposed ? I tried everything

post the info.xml file here pelase.

also try checking for codes to confirm its talking to the vehicle.

the scan tool seams to work but takes a very long time to load when i go in vehicle info it says no vehicle found but under tuned vehicle all info is there

if it says no vehicle found its not communicating. It has to be able to display the VIN/calid in that menu.
Usually something wired up in these cars that leads to this like remote starts, turbo timer, etc.

What could it be it worked fine the last time I used it car sat for the winter and battery died so I jumped it started right up and drove the car went to plug the tuner in and it took forever before I got the vehicle not supported message tried it a few times with the same outcome the next day tired it again an same thing but after the vehicle not supported it updated again but still nothing

I messaged my tuner and he said it might be because I updated it before I reset it to the stock tune ? But I think I updated it before the same way

plug into car and go to the ? on home screen
select vehicle info with key in run
tell me if it can display the vin or calids.

No it says no vehicle found but under TUNED VEHICLE INFO it has the VIN number and last tune written and pcm number

OK, its not communicating at all.
Try it in a different vehicle if possible.
If it will display the vin, the tool is fine and it will point to a communication issue in the SRT4.

The only other vehicle I have is a 99 chevy work truck what communication issue would it have what do I have to check of look for ?

I have a scan tool can I see if the car communicates with that to see if it's the car or tuner ?

I would say yes to the above. If scan tool works something else. If scan tool does not then ?fuse? Wiring something to obd port.

Scan tool works fine was able to check codes fine and was pretty fast so I guess it's the tuner is there a way to fix it ?

I just plugged the tuner into two other vehicles with the key on run and hit the question mark in the upper right corner and clicked vehicle info and said the same thing no vehicle found so it's definitely the tuner is there anyway to fix this I can't drive my car intill I do
