revision without restoring original backup

2003 cobra u1742. I made the mistake of updating my predator without restoring my orginal backup. Now my predator will not reconize my car. I have saved a copy of my orginal backup on my pc, is there a way of downloading the copy of my backup into the predator to restore function?

Loud, You will have to put your Predator back to your old revision and then restore the original backup to your vehicle. Update your tool to the latest revision and reinstall your performance tune.

I have set the predator to the old revision, when I try to restore original backup I get a message that the backup has not been copied and restore failed.
