Diablo Tuner I2 just says please wait.

Well I never thought I would be back here again. I drive a 2013 sxt Dodge Challenger
. I uninstalled the tune from my car because I went to the dealership for a mandatory Vehicle emission update to the PCM. I tried to reinstall and all I get is a "Please Wait '" and the four red blinking lights flashing and nothing. I was advised i needed an update. I updated this unit a while back when i got her. Now after the uninstall and reinstall i have to do it again. Can you guys help me with this. Thank you and hoping to hear from someone soon in respect to this matter. Best regards and wishes. Well for any one reading this I called Diablo and spoke to Rich a very nice technician. I was advised to download an update. It froze my tuner. Sent it in and just awaiting for a response back with good news. Stay tune for a follow up when it arrives and if it will install with out a glitch..
