Additional license missing?

Post by Joey0911 »

I purchased an additional license for my vehicle a while ago then traded it in but programmed the vehicle back to the stock tune before getting rid of it. I just got the PCM unlocked on the new vehicle and when to tune it and the tuner is giving a read error when it goes to back up the stock tune. It seems like the additional license isn't there. How can I get this working?

you have an available license.
Is it failing to read the 19 dodge?
Are you using the required bypass cable?

All 19+ cars and trucks (and 18JL) require the bypass cable to get around the new security module.
Give us a call to order one if needed.
