Modify Parameters not working

I did the simple tune 93 octane and selected yes for the speed limiter and downloaded the tune and my car's speed limter is still coming on at 112mph. Keeps saying failure to initialize perimeters make sure key is on the run position and engine is not running. It installs the tune but won't turn off speed limiter. When i go to advanced tune and select the tune i want and try to go to modify parameters the page is blank and I have no parameters. I've tried everything possible i feel as if I wasted my money. I bought this tuner mostly for the parameters

please post the file called info.xml from the root of the i3 drive as well as the file called pcm last tune written from the tunes folder.

Ok I can do that when I get home. But is the intune i3 platinum even for a 2016 limited cruze? Because on the website you can only select 2011-2015 to see what products you have for chevy cruze

I'm 99% sure the 16 models were carry over from 2015 and as such will work for tuning.

the NEW body style Cruze is not supported, can't tune it... It has to be the old body style cruze to be supported, to be able to tune it... I know, I have both...

I called tech support and there going to send my info to the technicians and said they would get back to me. Any idea how long this will take?
