Trinity 2 ex on my 06 Chrysler 300c

So I just got my tuner installed and tuned it. Last night it was awesome but I had disabled traction control so today I enabled it. I also raised rev limiter to 6k and did better shifting and what not and now it’s bogging down at 6k rpm and then shifting. Turned it down to stock and it’s doing the same thing still. What do I need to fix? TIA

rev limit should have no effect on shifting unless you are choosing the raised shift point option, are you doing that?
