i2 update issues

Post by meshaljuma »

Hello.

i have an It tuner, it was previously tuned with the old owner then he reset the car tune to factory through the same i2. now im the new owner of the car (jeep wrangler JK 14') i2 in still registered to the same car with same VIN and when i connected it to the car and pressing tune vehicle it asks me to update the device, i connected it to my PC did update it but suddenly it shows me some errors and i will post a screenshot of it. additionally, when i connect it back to the car it asks me for an update when i look for an update it says the device is up to date.

the message on the update software is not important.

Please give us a call and we will reset the device and then try tuning again, should be good from there.

Thanks

Hello,

any alternative way to reset the device other than calling on the mentioned phone number? as i live overseas and the difference in timing swell plus overseas calls has a high cost in our country or may i request your postal code following the contact number.

Thank you.
