Best tune for 2012 5.7 Challenger auto with 89 octane?

I have a 2012 Challenger R/T Classic with a 345 Hemi and Automatic.
I just bought the inTune i3 for Chrysler Platinum from you.
What would be the highest performance tune keeping regular (89) gas?
I also want to turn off my MDS. Do I turn off MDS before or after I select the tune?

we dont offer any tuning options for lower than 91 octane on the 5.7 cars.
Running 89 will require you to run less than stock timing, and would make less power than stock on premium fuel.
