Ive used the updater to update an I-1000 that hasn't been updated in a few years. It tried to update the device however I get a message on the device... "This inTune cannot be updated until it is registered". I did registered the device on the website but was told this was for new and warranty. I tried 2 times and both times the updater said it needed updating....got the updates.....tried to update with instructions to follow the instructions on the device.....Im in a loop now.....appeciate any help as my car is dead in the water until I get this resolved.

load this to the intune drive then let it import the file then try again.
