Help with my trinity 2 ex won’t read my Ecu

Have a trinity 2 ex that’s clear an have a license for the truck trying to hook it to a 03 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7l Hemi bought new battery an ignition switch check over all fuses an Removed all fuses that wasn’t Necessary still won’t do anything plug it in turns on click on tune an come up turn key have tryed it serves times an still won’t go any further done all updates an license an nothing need help called tech an said it’s in the truck but what else can it be I can’t get in to anything but setting not shure why it’s not reading the truck Or what else to do
