i2 not recognizing my car

I have a 2014 dodge charger that I tuned with my i2, but last time I went to make some changes, it says that it does not recognize my car.

ignition in RUN?
good voltage?

here is a picture of what it's telling me, I did the update and it still says the car is not supported
