Device Error Update Agent/i3

plugged in my i3 tuner and it starts to read runtime.zip and then gives this error screen. Any way to fix this today? It Saturday so the office isn't open.

Says that it cannot find Runtime_03.dbg. I looked in the runtime folder of the device. Sure enough it isnt there. How can i fix this?

Monday is a Federal holiday.. so they won't be back in the office until Tuesday May 26th.... PLUS keep in mind that they are working on a skeleton crew due to the CoronaVirus... so less people in the office, less people answering the phones, etc... things aren't happening as quickly or as smoothly as they normally do...

Looking through several posts over the weekend and I’ve seen sometimes Mike is having people delete the entire contents of the runtime folder. I have 2 licenses (one ford one Chevy). The ford has an active tune installed. The Chevy is sitting factory right now. Lew do you know if emptying the runtime folder would fix it? What adverse effects could that cause? If you don’t know for sure I understand. I just figured with all your experience with these tuners you may have an idea on how to get us up and running without having to add more calls on to their Skelton crew. Thanks!
