08 Ram Hemi high idle start up

Im working with my CMR tuner with this, but is there any way to get rid of the high idle that dodge put on the 06-08 Ram Hemis? What we are after is the same start up RPM as the 04-05 Hemi Rams. The high idle start up on the 06-08 Hemi Ram is 1450 on cold motor and 1300 on hot motor. The startup idle on the 04-05 Hemi Rams are 900Rpms. Appreciate any help

I have done this on a 2007 Ram, same tweaks should work on '06 and '08.

He was able to get rid of that high idle. Says is was under the "idle speed RPM adjuster" Said it had 500rpm adder to it.

Do you know how to get rid of the "Auto drive" crap that comes after a cam swap? Seems like it only shows it face, once the computer finishes the learning process it goes through.

Hello! Has anyone figured out how to lower the cold idle on 2007 ram 1500. My truck idles at 1500 rpm for 30 secs, then slowly lowers. My CMR tuner is not sure it can be changed.

yes, it can be done in cmr.

Forgive me for not know exactally what you all mean, but can this be done with my tune that i purchased to turn off my mds or do i need a custom tune to get rid of the high idle issues. That is the one thing that irks me about this truck. My buddy has a 06 and his dont do it for some reason but mine will hit 1500 hot or cold it seems and take a good 20-30 seconds to come down.
