Itune 3 - issue with instalaltion

Hi All,

I had a 300c 2005 with 5.7 hemi, i had my itune3 there. I unmarried the tool because im selling the car, The itune3 unmarried correctly. It was clean , my colegue want to by it from me. So we connected the itune3 to his 300c AWD 5.7 2006r. It started to download the backup and stuck after 100%. We restarted , and now the itune3 is married to his 300CAWD and cannot do nothign. I cannot install tune i cannot unmarry the device.
I tried to remove the updates, redo the updates and use agent to redo updates and still nothing.
Can i somehow reset ? force unmarrie the device ?

what happens when you try to tune the vehicle?
can you post the info.xml file from the i3 drive here?
