I think I need my Ignition account unlocked

I have a new PC and when I click on the Ignition software and try to log in it gives me an error of "•The user creation/access request has been canceled. Please verify your entry and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator."

I can log into the Diablosport site and fourm. But the Ignition software will not take my information. I am also using the i2030 updater which is registered. Attached is my info.xml file.

Any help is appreciated.

seems when you created the account you spelled your name wrong

try this:
Cahrles then your last name and email.
