TCM & Fan settings

Hello!
I've got a custom tune, but i want to make some changes:
to set fan speed and to change shift points

but i can't find this settings in "modify parameters". where i can find this settings?

fans should be listed under cooling fans, but theres no shift point adjust for these vehicles unfortunately.

and another question - as i saw on challenger up to 2010 i can adjust these parameters. am i right?
