Intune i3 won’t tune transmission

I Have an 06 Dodge Ram 1500 hemi and I ordered the intune I3 platinum 8345, just wondering how I can get it to read the TCM? I’ve updated it and it also did 1 calibration and still won’t let me work with the transmission

please post the info.xml file from the i3 drive so i can check it out.

I think we can update the tcm to the cal we support, return to stock then give us a call and ask to force a calibration update for the tcm and mention that I asked you to call in to do it.

Have the device powered up at the vehicle when you call please.

Actually I have the same problem with my ram1500 5.7, 2004. The PCM are responding fine (doing custom tune with turbo and E85) but the TCM do I not se any option to tune..

Will you help me pleace?

there is no tcm support for the 04 rams unfortunately.
