Replace TCM

Hello,
Guys in workshop somehow fried up my TCM during converter fix. They have another tcm for replace but I wonder if my predeator will be still work fine? I told them not to swap TCM until I will be sure that wouldn't lock predator.

what vehicle are we talking about here?
New Predator 2 or old predator?

is it currently married to the vehicle?

Yes it is married. Old u7135. 300c 5.7 awd wagon.
Edit: Car starts fine however it stalls and throw u0101 code and p0700 when stick switch to D. No codes on tcm side. Harness to transmission was routed wrong and shorted few wires to tranny ground, after that there is problem with stalling.

well if possible id set the pcm back to stock first, but as long as they dont flash the pcm it should not be a problem.
