07 GMC, Error on restoring backup truck wont start

This is the second time I have encountered a problem, you guys helped me out last time and I still have the original backup for my VIN.
since then the only thing I was running was a change in the wheel size since I'm running 35's.
I decided I was gonna hop on there on Christmas and throw your Diablo tune on it and this happened:
- First I plugged it into the truck and restored the stock tune.
- Next I plugged it into my PC and made sure it was completely up to date.
- Finally, I plugged it back into my truck and tried to upload the Diablo tune, it gave me a message that it failed to upload and was now trying to restore the backup.
it stays on 0% for restoring backup for a few seconds then says it has encountered an error, saves the error log then just sits there frozen at 0%.

Everything powers up like normal when key is turned to the on position but truck wont turn over.
Please help , this is my daily driver.

I have tried to unplug the battery and let it sit for a while but still nothing.

Now every time I plug the tuner into my truck it says "inTune is in recovery mode. Continue?" and then says previous tune failed would you like to restore backup? then does the same exact thing. error message and then frozen trying to restore backup.
