Screen going bright

Hi guys
My t-100 seems like the screen is getting brighter I checked the setting and I have it all the way dim , now at night I have to tilt it down so I am not getting blinded ( very bright daytime also)
is there a fix ? I cant seem to get through to tech ling just stuck on the hold music
Hoping I do not have to replace it .and if I do will my custom programs I have work on the newer units?

Unfortunately we no longer offer repairs on the T1000 models, so it may be best to trade it in toward a new one if needed.
