13 SRT 300, lose all acceleration if going up a hill

I know this problem has nothing to do with DS tuning tool or it's tune, but maybe someone has the same problem or a fix, at 1500 revs I lose all acceleration if going up a hill I can press the gas pedal to the floor and nothing happens until suddenly it kicks in and takes off like a bat out of hell,

yeah I'll look into that idea Mikel, I'll stick a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail

fuel pressure is good, would a data log help?
