2014 challenger SRT8 trinity issue

I’m getting a message on my tuner that reads:
Important
Turn the ignition on, but do not start the engine. Apply parking brake to turn off lights and conserve battery.

I’ve done so but the same message keeps coming up and can no longer continue to the next screen.

pop out the start button and use the key fob.
