Knocking during 1-2 shift.

2008 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 5.7L 4x4 (1/2 ton, NOT MegaCab). Diablesport InTune I1000

During moderate to heavy throttle I get a ratcheting noise during the 1-2 shift. It does not happen during WOT. It only happens when a tune is installed; any tune including MPG boost. I can not duplicate when there is no tune installed. It sounds similar to a spark knock but only happens during the shift; nothing before or after. I installed a K&N CAI and a Dynomax cat back and nothing changed. Any guesses?

dodge doesnt play the +/- game
If there is KR on a dodge, it means something bad happened and the pcm is pulling timing as a result

OK, here's 2 logs. On the "00" log I duplicate the issue 3 times back to back; 1/2-3/4 throttle, 1-2 shift. To me, it SOUNDS like a noisy trans solenoid (like a Chrysler 604 or 42LE), but I cannot duplicate it with a stock tune. It only happens DURING the shift. This is the 87 octane tune with 87 pump gas.

On the "01" log I did WOT 0-90 mph; I did not hear anything there.

there is some ST knock at the shifts. Thats not entirely uncommon when shifting. Can you log the stock tune as well in the same conditions?
