Touch Screen out of Tactil Position

My touch screen tapping point are out of position and I need to tape few milimeters under actual mark to be able to select it.

The main issue is that now I can't access the green check mark to validate/accept a change (try with stylus, pen end ...) and can't use the Intune

Called support team about using screen calibration feature and they answered that it had nothing to do with my problem and that my unit was old anyway (bought in 2012 for my 2011Durango) and should upgrade.

I don't need an upgrade, the I1000 DCX does everything i need and I have HF custom tunes for it.

Any suggestion?

this sounds like an issue with the screen itself, unfortunately wee don't offer repairs on those older devices any longer.

Thanks Mike,
Would the HemiFevers tunes wrote for the DCX work on the newer units?
Or would you happen to have a working I1000DCX laying around.. :-)

customtunes will transfer, or can be made to transfer if needed.

No dcx tools laying around over here :)

You can trade that tool in to us toward a 25% discount on a new device ;)
