Intune I2 Freezing When attempting Data Log

Post by Exclusive »

When I select Data Logging, it freezes before getting to the screen where I can Record or Reset PID's, etc. Here's the first several lines from info.xml:

Code: Select all

<tool_info>
	<registration sn='1QQGPUNQKM' status='0' tool_oem='DIABLO_G' updates='0'/>
	<applications count='5'>
		<application name='vehicle' rev='2r01t'/>
		<application name='updater' rev='2r01e'/>
		<application name='gui' rev='2r01w'/>
		<application name='installer' rev='2r01e'/>
		<application name='logger' rev='2r01a'/>
	</applications>

I'm running the i2 Updater and it says it's updating but seems to be stuck in this update cycle. It updates and then I check for updates again and it does the same process over and over.

I reinstalled the Ignition Updater software and now when I click Update the device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to Windows and doesn't seem to do anything. Is there a way to do a factory reset on this and copy my tune and files back over?

Edit: Seems I was running the old Ignition Updater accidentally and not the "Update Agent" software. Looks like it's updating now.

Thank you
