Trinity Stating No Custom Tunes

Just got my Trinity 2 back from repairs, loaded up the custom tunes that were on the device and installed on the truck before I sent the T2 in. The T2 gives me a message that the tunes have been loaded when I drag and drop, but when I select the custom tunes menu when plugged into the truck after making a backup the T2 states no custom tunes loaded. Nothing has changed on the truck. Any ideas?

I'm guessing there's some sort of identifying number built into the tunes that need to be updated by the CMR tuner?

Do you by chance have the rma# that you sent the original device in on?

OK, I misunderstood the issue here, my bad. I think you just need to marry the tuner to the truck first, let it read a backup then it will recognize the custom tunes it has for your vehicle.

I got it situated, the CMR tunes were rebuilt with the new backups I made after getting the device back. I did try marrying the device and it was a no go, even tried loading the Diablo Tune with no luck. The rebuilds worked.
