Files not stock

Hey my name is carson I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 5.3L that I just purchased a predator tune for im having issues with it though because it says “files not stock” when it gets to the end of loading, I read on here you guys can help with this and get it back to stock so I can get this new tune put on (I’ve heard great things). I called the office but I guess you guys are closed at this time. If you would just please let me know thank you in advance.
