I just swapped the PCM I plugged in the tunner it says “some ECUS in this vehicle are not supported” what do I do next??

its asking you to check for an update.
connect to the pc, open the update agent and let it do its thing, then go back to the vehicle and follow the prompts to apply the update. Then you can tune.
