Cost to unmarry P2 Platinum from 04 Ram

What's the cost to unmarry a P2 Platinum tuner? Bought it from summit a while back, wound up with a botched diablo tune, got it returned to stock but the tuner is still paired with the vin. Guy on the phone when it happened told me the P2 Platinum doesn't work for the 04 rams, he said the i3 would work so I'm looking to sell to fund an i3. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The update agent says the vin lock is "stock" but it still lists all of the information for my truck including the vin. I've attached a link to a picture of the update agent cause it won't let me attach the photo here.... Thanks for any help.

So, do I not have to pay to have my vin removed from the tuner so it can be sold? If not, how does it get removed?
