i3 Platinum License

hello, im new to buying licenses, i own a i3 platinum downloaded the agent and went ahead and purchased a credit however it said Declined by fraud service and 5 minutes later it charged my credit card so im now -$149 usd and no credit in my tuner. i live in Tijuana and i couldnt use an american credit card so i used my Mexican Visa which ive used to purchase online and had 0 issues with before.

heres proof the payment went through and proof the credit was not added, it still shows as 1/1 since i had my 2008 already tuned with the tuner.

Do you know how long it takes? its been a week and the charge on my card is still there. already called and they said the same thing that it should drop but they never said how long it could take and just hung up.
