Trinity T2 for Redeye

I bought the Trinity and PCM swap and the Trinity makes the detected noise when plugged into computer, but it is not visible anywhere on computer except under Bluetooth and other devices which I cannot open it from there.
I have called tech support twice and not getting any help. I just did a full reset on computer and same thing.
I either need it to work or get a RMA and return it.

it would be called T2 as opposed to cts3 i show here

I restored my computer and now it works as it should.
